Next, Shari chats with Chef/Co-Owner Ray Adriansyah of Locavore, a tasting menu restaurant featuring modern cuisine with the finest locally sourced seasonal produce. Ray founded Locavore in the heart of Ubud with his business partner, Chef Eelke Plasmeijer. The restaurant has been named one of Asia's Best 50 Restaurants.
