I was juggling motherhood, work, and everything in between, convincing myself that slowing down wasn’t an option. Until one day, my body forced me to stop. What was later diagnosed as a severe panic attack left me in the hospital, unable to see, hear, or speak. In that moment, I genuinely thought I was dying, and that I’d never see my kids again.\n\nLooking back now, I realize our bodies aren’t built to run on empty. They whisper to us through exhaustion and overwhelm, and when we don’t listen, they scream. I’m sharing my story because I know I’m not alone, and so many mothers are quietly burning out under the weight of unrealistic expectations.\n\nThere is a better way. It starts with recognizing our limits, honoring the season we’re in, and learning to care for ourselves first, not last."}
