It’s an opportunity to impact the masses.\" —  Dr. George James\n\n\n\nBorn on Wednesday, October 26, 1949, Scott Palmer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, class of 1975. He was an English major before switching to broadcasting. He has covered an extensive range of sporting events throughout his career.
