Other places provided for the “wants”, like the Andrew Jackson Tavern, the saloon, Buddy Gresham’s Hotel & Store (which during the 1930’s was the only place to purchase bubble gum), as well as Jarman’s Shoes and Dobyns-Taylor. Today’s innovative and service-oriented people like Deb Kruse and Anna Floyd at the Corner Cup Coffee Shop, Katelyn and Blake Yarbrough of the Historic Eureka Inn and Eureka Bites, and Stephen and Jessica Callahan with Tennessee Hills Distillery continues to keep the tradition of service alive in Jonesborough.
