He uses the wisdom of Indian culture, particularly meditative practices like Sudarshan Kriya pranayama to promote healing and peace.\n\nIn this episode, we talked about Mandar sir’s personal experiences in South Central Los Angeles and the challenges faced by these communities, highlighting the prevalence of gun violence, drug use, and intergenerational trauma.
