For some people, it sparks outrage, others terror.   \n\nWhatever the case, it is critical to see how your relationship is impacting your life and organizing either resourceful or unhelpful behaviors. \n\nMany of my clients have trauma bonded with Covid-19. As things start to reopen, the chaos of fear is creating barriers to move forward in healthy ways. \n\nFor others, it has sparked outrage, similar to BLM, whereas the government's response to COVID-19 is a system to be dismantled.  \n\nMy job is not to take sides but to hold the middle space for inquiry, integration, and adaptability.   \n\nMany people are over-reaching rigid certainty which has them feel short term powerful but also powerlessness. \n\nI refer to this system as an authoritarian and victim paradigm structure.  \n\nNo one gets well in this system. \n\nEveryone is trying to wake up the side that is sleeping, but NO ONE in this system is available for learning or awakened.  \n\nThis system is the most chaotic. It organizes internal overreach and recreates victimization. \n\nAn integrated, growth paradigm structure is the optimal structure for health and well-being. \n\n\n"}
