Not to distress, but maybe to a bit of discomfort. Grab a pen and a journal and dig in. Answer each of the following questions with the first thought that comes to mind<br />\r\n<br />\r\n \tDo you feel a sense of faith?<br />\r\n \tWhere do you feel it in your body?<br />\r\n \tIs your faith connected to a place?<br />\r\n \tHow do you maintain your connection to god, the universe, the world at large? Is it easy, hard or somewhere in between?<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<br />\r\n \tPut your answers down for now. Come back and re-read later.
